These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User" or "you") and ZCS777 (hereinafter "ZCS777", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the online gaming and sports betting services available at https://zcs777.cam (hereinafter "the Site").

By accessing the Site, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Site and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of ZCS777.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account with ZCS777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and/or sports betting is not expressly prohibited by applicable law as it applies to you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by ZCS777 for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent conduct.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, that would restrict your access to gambling platforms.
• The personal information you provide at registration is accurate, complete and truthful in all respects.

Each Player may hold only one Account on the ZCS777 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any payment method details required for deposits and withdrawals.

KYC Documentation

ZCS777 may require identity and age verification (KYC) before enabling withdrawal functionality, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, or at any time during the lifecycle of your Account. Standard KYC documentation may include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport are standard examples.
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement or similar) in some cases, particularly for players based in cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan or Peshawar.
• A selfie or liveness check confirming the identity document holder and the account holder are the same individual.
• Verification of payment method where required for source-of-funds or AML compliance purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. ZCS777 will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, Live Chat or telephone.

You agree to:

• Use a strong and unique password for your ZCS777 Account.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when accessing from a shared or public device.
• Notify ZCS777 support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Not share your Account credentials with any other individual, including family members.

ZCS777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. All activity conducted from your Account is presumed to be authorised by you unless you have reported a breach prior to the activity in question.

ZCS777 accepts deposits via the payment methods displayed in the cashier section of the platform at the time of deposit. Available methods and their associated minimum/maximum deposit limits are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name. ZCS777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment sources or methods not listed in the cashier interface.

All deposits are processed in the currency displayed in your account. ZCS777 references PKR (Pakistani Rupee) for illustrative purposes where applicable; actual transaction currency and any applicable conversion fees are displayed at the time of deposit.

By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds originate from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. ZCS777 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) controls and reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit.

Withdrawal of funds from your ZCS777 Account is subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have successfully completed applicable KYC verification requirements prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements on any Bonus Funds must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name. ZCS777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the platform.
• ZCS777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks for withdrawals above certain thresholds.

ZCS777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of any compliance, fraud prevention or AML review. In the event an Account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawal processing may be delayed until the investigation is resolved.

ZCS777 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral bonuses and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to promotion-specific Terms and Conditions which are displayed at the point of opt-in.

General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games and contribution rates are stated in the relevant promotion's Terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Unclaimed or unmet bonuses may be cancelled upon expiry.
• Game Eligibility: Not all games may contribute equally (or at all) to wagering requirements. Refer to the applicable promotion Terms for game contribution rates.
• Minimum Deposit: Bonus eligibility may require a minimum qualifying deposit. Illustrative example: PKR 1,000 — actual thresholds are displayed in current promotion Terms.
• Maximum Bet: While a Bonus is active in your Account, a maximum bet restriction may apply per wager. Breaching the maximum bet restriction during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your Account at any one time unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's Terms.

All wagers placed on ZCS777 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or betting market selected. General gaming rules applicable to all ZCS777 products include the following:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. Wagers cannot be amended or cancelled after confirmation except where explicitly permitted under the rules of the specific market or product.
• ZCS777 reserves the right to void any wager where a technical error, system malfunction, obvious pricing error or integrity concern is identified.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension or settlement at any time in response to real-time event developments. ZCS777 is not liable for losses arising from in-play market suspensions.
• Sports betting markets — including cricket markets covering PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, bilateral Pakistan series, football, UFC and other events — are offered as entertainment products. ZCS777 has no official affiliation, partnership or arrangement with PCB, PSL, ICC, any sports team or any governing body referenced in available markets.
• Game outcomes for RNG (random number generator) casino games and slots are determined by certified RNG software. ZCS777 does not manipulate outcomes. Illustrative RTP (return to player) figures displayed in game information panels are illustrative examples — actual RTP varies per title and provider.

ZCS777 reserves the right to limit or restrict individual account wagering amounts at its discretion. Such restrictions are separate from responsible gambling deposit limits and form part of ZCS777's general risk management framework.

ZCS777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we provide tools and support to help players stay in control of their activity.

Available Responsible Gambling Tools

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to control their spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders to receive notifications when a pre-set time limit has been reached.
• Cool-Down Periods: A temporary suspension of Account access (typically 24 hours to 6 weeks) that allows players to take a break from gambling activity.
• Self-Exclusion: A longer-term Account suspension of 6 months or more. During self-exclusion, marketing communications are also suppressed. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent exclusion by registering new Accounts.

Responsible gambling tools are accessible via Account Settings and do not require contacting support to activate. ZCS777 strongly encourages players to engage with these tools proactively — before gambling becomes a problem, not after.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ZCS777 platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture and/or reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening more than one Account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Using stolen, unauthorised or third-party payment methods to fund your Account.
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing and withdrawing funds without meaningful gambling activity in between.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus promotions, including collusion between players, exploitation of software vulnerabilities or the use of automated bots or scripts.
• Match-fixing, manipulation of sports events or any form of integrity fraud in relation to markets offered on the Site.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.
• Any action intended to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to ZCS777's systems, infrastructure or data.
• Registering or using an Account on behalf of a third party without ZCS777's prior written consent.

ZCS777 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in connection with any investigation into suspected illegal activity. Detection of Prohibited Conduct may be reported to the Financial Monitoring Unit (FMU) or other relevant Pakistani or international authorities where applicable.

All content on the ZCS777 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of ZCS777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, transmit or create derivative works of any ZCS777 content without prior written authorisation.
• Frame, scrape or index any portion of the Site for commercial purposes.
• Use ZCS777 brand names, trademarks or logos without prior written consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or extract source code from any ZCS777 software or game engine.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZCS777 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity interruptions or device incompatibilities beyond ZCS777's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Gambling losses arising from wagers placed by you in accordance with these Terms. ZCS777 does not guarantee winning outcomes on any wager.
• Losses arising from your breach of applicable local laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

ZCS777 does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Pakistan has gambling restrictions, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The legal status of online and remote gambling in Pakistan may depend on applicable federal and provincial law and its evolving interpretation. This section and these Terms do not constitute legal advice to any Player in Pakistan or elsewhere.

ZCS777 is not licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by:

• The Government of Pakistan or any Pakistani federal ministry.
• The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA).
• The State Bank of Pakistan.
• Any provincial government of Pakistan.
• Any Pakistani financial institution, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah. These payment names are referenced as familiar Pakistani payment infrastructure examples only.
• Any Pakistani or international sports governing body, including PCB, PSL or ICC. Sports references are contextual only.

ZCS777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ZCS777 will take reasonable steps to notify registered Players — for example, by displaying a notice on the Site or, where applicable, via registered email address.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of these Terms. Continued use of the Site following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

ZCS777 also reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any element of the Platform — including specific games, betting markets or features — at any time and without prior notice.
